Before pregnancy I weighed 147 pounds , at my last appointment before Baby Anvo came I weighed 174. I gained a totally of 27 pounds during my pregnancy. Now 8 weeks after giving birth I weigh 145 pounds meaning I have loss 29 pounds with no exercise.

  1. Increase you water consumption: if you don’t enjoy water try flavored water and keep water near you. 8 glasses of water is 4 bottle of 16OZ water bottle which is 64OZ of water a day. Do not drink it all in one sitting.
  2. Drink a glass of water before every meal: The water will help your body to break down the food and absorb its nutrients.
  3. Replace sweetened drinks with water: Instead of drinking soda, smoothies, or other high-calorie drinks, grab a glass or bottle of water.

FYI This might not work for you but this is what I did to loss my weight. For my tummy to go down I started wrapping it 3 weeks after birth with a scarf, two hrs everyday for three weeks. I have been wearing waist trainer for 2 weeks now, 2-3hrs a day to get my waist back but I haven’t seen any change. I only need to loss 1inch off my waist

  1. wooowww girl, you look absolutely amazing and congrats on the weight loss. I couldn’t agree more that drinking water is soo important, especially because the fat molecules are mainly flashed out of our body via sweat and urine.
