I find prayer very difficult to do sometimes. I keep telling myself if God knows my heart and knows what i’m going through then why do i need to pray to Him. Prayer is our way of communicating with God and he wants to have a relationship with you that is why prayer is important. You can’t walk with God with common sense. Malachi 3:10. God is mysterious and prayer is also mysterious.
1. God knows everything but still wants you to ask. Before you open your mouth to ask God for something he already knows.
2. He want you to keep praying about it over and over. Pray without ceasing.
Luke 11:8-9
3. God wants us to keep asking but finds prayer repetitious and boring. In everything give thanks. Matthew 6:7 . Pour your heart out to God. Pray from your heart.
4. Some prayers needs to be long and some prayers needs to be short. Matthew 4:2, Mark 1:35, Luke 6:12, Mark 8:13
