It is human to cry. Crying helps you to heal. Cry with friends, family, and alone. Do not be scared to cry because you feel like you have to be strong for everyone around you. It is okay to cry when someone you love dies.
Psalm 30:5 – Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning
Let people know that you need them and ask for help. Be patient with those that don’t know what to say. Talk about your loved one, and share your precious memories. Always remember that you can always talk to God through prayer.
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted”. Matthew 4:5
“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” Revelation 21:4
Life is a gift from God. Our, family, friends, neighbors, children and strangers are all gifts to be savored.
